  5. Just thought this would be useful to someone. It's the "standard"
  6. cheescake recipee, courtesy of Mom.

  10. All measures US standard units.

  12. 9 oz. cream cheese
  13. 3 eggs
  14. 1 pint sour cream
  15. 1 large pre-made grahm cracker crust
  16. 1 cup sugar + sugar to taste
  17. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  19. Preheat to 350 deg F.
  20.  
  21. Soften cheese. Add ingredients (1 cup sugar) and beat until smooth. Pour into
  22. grahm crust. Bake 30 minutes @ 350 deg F.

  24. Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar to taste. Spread on top of cooked cream
  25. cheese mixture in crust. Bake 10 more minutes @ 350 deg F.

  27. Refrigerate until cold.

  31. Serve with fruit or preserves. Serves a hell of a lot.
